A magical enhancement can be bestowed on a creature by touching it. You can choose from the below effects until the spell ends, so choose one.

Bear’s Endurance: The target scores well on constitution tests. Additionally, it will gain 2d6 temporary hit points, but when the spell ends, those points will disappear.

Strength: On strength checks, the target has the advantage, so the carrying capacity is going to be double that of the target

When a target falls 20 feet or less on a dexterity check, it doesn’t suffer any quite damage when it becomes incapacitated.

A target with Eagle’s Splendor has an advantage on charisma checks

Fox’s Cunning: The target scored highly on intelligence checks.

Owl’s Wisdom: A plus on Wisdom checks for the target.

The spell will target one additional creature for every level above 2nd you cast it in a spell slot of 3rd level or higher.

Enhance Ability

A magical enhancement is bestowed upon a creature when you touch it. The target gains the effect until the spell ends. Strength: The target gains a +2 advantage on Strength checks, and its carrying capacity doubles.

Dexterity checks are favored for the target. Similarly, if it is not incapacitated, it is not damaged if it falls 20 feet or less.

A target has a bonus on Charisma checks due to Eagle’s Splendor.

Target with Fox’s Cunning has an advantage on Intelligence checks.

A target with Owl’s Wisdom has an advantage on Wisdom checks.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd Level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.

Q1: Does 5e Enhance Ability affect saving throws?

Ans: No! the enhanced ability d&d doesn’t affect the saving throw.

Q: Can the spells “Enhance Ability” and “Alter Self” sew the top of every other and on yourself?

Ans: Yes, but with base rules, you would like somebody else to cast Enhance Ability on you while you cast Alter Self on yourself (which may be a self only spell, you can’t cast it on anyone else). Both require concentration, and you’ll only consider one spell at a time.
